SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Groove Society’s text messaging program (“SMS Program”). By opting in, you agree to the practices described in these Terms.

1. Enrollment

By enrolling in the SMS Program, you authorize Groove Society (“we,” “our”) to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include event updates, service notices, operational information, and promotional content.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and may change based on your interactions with Groove Society or your use of our Services. We may adjust the frequency of messages at any time.

3. Charges

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges billed by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to the number sending messages or by using any opt-out link provided in the message.
A confirmation will follow, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

5. Help and Support

For assistance, text HELP to the number sending messages (if supported) or contact sms@groovesociety.miami.

6. Number Changes

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to notify us or reply STOP before the number is reassigned. This ensures messages are not sent to individuals who did not provide consent.

7. Eligibility

The SMS Program is intended for individuals 21 years of age or older who are the authorized users of the mobile number provided.

8. Delivery

Message delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by network conditions, carrier limitations, or device settings.

9. Privacy

Information collected through the SMS Program is handled in accordance with the Groove Society Privacy Policy, available here:

Data may be used to operate the SMS Program, manage communications, prevent fraud, and support service functionality.

10. Program Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the SMS Program at any time. We may also update these Terms without prior notice. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to the SMS Program at any time for operational, security, or compliance reasons.
